Can I change or cancel my order?
If you'd like to update your order or cancel it, please call 1-855-LISETTE (547-3883) or email our Customer Service department. One of our representatives will be happy to help you. We can't make changes to an order once it has been shipped, but we can help you with an exchange or return.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping to anywhere in the USA and Canada on all orders over $99. A shipping charge of $15 will be applied on all orders under $99.
I am shopping outside Canada. How can I shop?
Our web sales are currently available only in the continental USA and Canada. Please consult our store locator for a store near you.
When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2–5 business days from the date that it was placed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
How can I check my order status?
You can check the status of your order at any time by using the tracking number provided via email once your package is shipped.
What is your return policy?

When will my purchase be refunded?
Once your package has been received, your refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction is completed. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle.
When will I receive my exchange?
Once your package has been received and accepted in its current condition, we will send you a confirmation email that your exchanged item is on its way. A new tracking number will be provided.
What is your policy on sales and coupon codes?
Items purchased on sale are considered final sale items. Once you complete a sale item transaction, you acknowledge that the item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged.
Will I be charged sales tax on my Lisette L purchase(s)?
Orders being shipped within the United States of America will not be charged sales tax.
